Get It Girl Return Policy
We hope you love everything you snag from Get It Girl! But if something doesn’t work out, we totally get it - here’s how our return process works.
To initiate a return, log in to your account at HERE.
💳 Online & Pop-Up Purchases
All online and pop-up purchases are eligible for STORE CREDIT ONLY if returned within 14 business days of:
- The date you received your online order, or
- The date of purchase for pop-up sales.
After this timeframe, items are not eligible for return or credit.
We do not offer refunds or exchanges at this time.
🎀 What is Free Returns via Redo?
If you purchase Redo for $1.98 with your order, your return shipping label will be covered! You can return any item(s) in your order for an exchange or store credit for free. Redo covers your entire order — you don’t need to purchase it for each item.
If you choose not to buy Redo, you can still return your items, but you’ll be responsible for the cost of return shipping.
Free returns via Redo must follow all guidelines listed within our return policy. Items must be returned within the 14-day return window and be in new, unwashed condition and free of any odors or stains to be eligible for store credit.
🚫 Final Sale Items
All sale items, accessories, and bodysuits are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned or exchanged.
✨ Return Requirements
To be eligible for return, all items must be in new, unworn, and unwashed condition with tags attached.
Items must also be:
- Free of makeup, deodorant, and perfume stains
- Free of pet hair, odors (such as smoke), or other signs of wear
Items that don’t meet these conditions will not be accepted and will be returned to the customer at their expense.
📦 How to Start a Return
To initiate a return, log in to your account at HERE.
Steps:
- Log in or create your customer account using the same email you used at checkout.
- Select the order you want to return.
- Choose the item(s) you’d like to return and include a short note with your reason.

Submit your request.
Once approved, you’ll receive shipping instructions and a return label via email.
The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless you purchased Redo or the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
Please include your packing slip in your return - this helps us process your credit faster.
Once your return is received and inspected, please allow 5–7 business days for processing.
Your store credit will be emailed to you once the return has been accepted.
⚠️ Damaged or Defective Items
Damaged items must be reported within 2 days of receipt.
Please email info@shopgetitgirl.com with your order number and clear photos of the damage.
Please note:
- Damage resulting from wear, washing, or third-party cleaning is not covered.
- Minor color variations due to lighting or monitor resolution are not considered damage.
💖 Important Reminders
- Pop-up purchases follow the same store-credit-only policy and 14-day return window.
- Returns received outside this window or without prior approval cannot be accepted.
- We do not offer exchanges - once your store credit is issued, you can place a new order.
